EasyGo ("EasyGo", "we", "our", or "us") operates a ride-hailing and delivery platform in Sri Lanka, connecting passengers and drivers through mobile applications.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the EasyGo Passenger (User) App, EasyGo Driver App, and our website https://eazygo.lk.
Scope and Application
This Privacy Statement (“Statement”) applies to persons anywhere in the world who use our apps or Services to request transportation, delivery, or other on-demand services (“Users”). This Statement does not apply to information we collect from or about drivers, couriers, partner transportation companies, or any other persons who use the EazyGo platform under license (collectively “Drivers”).
If you interact with the Services as both a User and a Driver, the respective privacy statements apply to your different interactions.

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create or modify your account, request on-demand services, contact customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include:

Driver Location:

We do not track drivers when offline or when there is no active trip.

Firebase & Third-Party Services
EasyGo uses Google Firebase services including Authentication, Firestore/Realtime Database, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, and Crashlytics.
We may also use Google Maps API, SMS OTP service providers, and secure payment processors.
Data Sharing
We may share limited information between passengers and drivers during a trip, and with legal authorities if required by Sri Lankan law. We do not sell personal data.

Users and drivers may delete accounts via:

Data Security
We implement encrypted HTTPS communication, secure cloud infrastructure, and access-controlled systems to protect data.
